White Falcon Taxi – Smart Taxi Booking Platform

Project Overview

The client, a UK-based taxi service, needed an intelligent and user-friendly platform to help busy customers book rides quickly with minimal friction. The aim was to automate the booking flow from location input to account creation, and support multiple service types such as one-way trips, round trips, and luggage transfers. I was tasked with building a responsive, AI-enhanced web platform to streamline the entire experience.

My Role

 I led full-stack development, designing a fast and intuitive front-end with ReactJS and building scalable backend APIs using Node.js. MongoDB was used to manage user data and trip histories. AI automation was implemented to auto-generate user accounts post-booking, eliminating the need for a registration step. I also ensured a responsive UI and seamless UX for UK-based users with limited time to spare.
